Ready to leave?

Delete your account, with a clear picture of what happens.

1. Save anything you want to keep before continuing.
2. Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation, enter your handle and current password, and provide a two-factor code if your account uses one.
4. Confirm Delete permanently. This cannot be undone.

What changes

Your sign-in credentials, linked accounts and profile details are removed. Your public identity becomes Deleted account, and your existing sessions are revoked. You cannot restore the account by signing in again.

What can remain

Messages and contributions already shared with other people can remain, attributed to Deleted account. Copies other people saved are outside Joying’s control. Support, moderation and security records may also be retained for their original purposes. Contact support if you need particular personal information reviewed or erased.

Before an owner or guardian leaves

If you own a community or game room, transfer ownership or close it first. If you are responsible for a child account, resolve that responsibility before deleting your own account. Joying will explain the blocker instead of removing other people’s space.

For families

In Settings → Family, a guardian can delete an active child account they created while the child is under 18. Confirm with the guardian’s password and the child’s handle. For other linked accounts, use the account holder’s own deletion flow or contact support.

Can’t sign in? Send a privacy or account request. We will need to verify account ownership before taking action.
